This sweepstakes is being run by Packaging Service Co., Inc. which is a U.S. owned company and who are the makers of Workman's Friend Barrier Skin Cream.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Workman's Friend "Share Your Experience" Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER:

Posts are eligible for the sweepstakes starting 12:00am CT 9/24/2019 to 11:59pm CT 9/30/2019*.

( “Sweepstakes Period”), to enter, (i) Follow us on Facebook at facebook.com/workmansfriend or on Instagram at @workmansfriendbrand, (ii) Post a picture and share what you like about Workman’s Friend Barrier Skin Cream, and (iii) In the post, use the hashtag #workmansfriend. Entries must use the hashtag #workmansfriend in their post to qualify. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on 9/26/19. Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple daily entries from any person will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. If you do not have a Facebook or Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Facebook and/or Instagram terms apply. Your Facebook or Instagram account (as applicable) must be set to “public” in order for your entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to “private” any time after the winners have been announced.

DRAWING:

All entries will be entered into the competition. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing during the contest period of 9/24/19 through 9/30/19 from all eligible entries received. One winner will be selected to receive three products and to be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Judges Decisions are final. Potential winners will be contacted via direct message or a comment on his/her post and required to respond within the time period indicated in the initial notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, does not respond to the initial notification within the time period specified, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.

PRIZES (9):

1 3.38 oz tube of Workman’s Friend Skin Barrier Cream, 1 Workman’s Friend Healing Hand Cream and 1 Workman’s Friend Hand Cleaner with Activated Charcoal.. Total ARV of all prizes: $29.94. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners are not permitted to transfer, assign or substitute a prize or redeem a prize for cash. Prizes are not to be resold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.

PUBLICITY GRANT:

Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, user name, address (city and state), photograph (including, without limitation, profile photo), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner and with any materials, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. If you are not selected as a winner, the aforementioned personal information, including photograph and voice and/or other likeness, will not be subject to this publicity grant.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled posts, messages and/or comments; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fair ness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
